Great value and no reason to not have these!
For the price, these are an amazing value. I purchased a super-expensive aluminum "pro" pizza peel, but it would arrive after my pizza oven arrived, so I sprung for this set of bamboo pizza peels. After having both, I like these much better and don't even like using the aluminum pro peel.Pros:I like that they are pretty thin (1/4") and have a beveled edge.I can add toppings on the peel without it slowly creeping into holes like an aluminum peel. They are short and fit in my cabinet with cutting boards.Perfectly fit in a 12"+ pizza oven.Cons:One of two warped a tad after washing it. It's completely still useable so I don't really care about this.

Very happy with these lightweight pizza peels!
VERY HAPPY!First, let me say, my first shipment was damaged (see photo). I had read in the reviews that this is not uncommon. I was willing to risk it because this was the product I wanted. I was able to return the damaged product and I ordered a new shipment and the second set was great. The peel size is perfect for handling and sliding my 8-10" pizzas into the oven and they are NOT terribly heavy like I found with other wooden peels.I do not use this peel for removing pizzas from the oven, only to slide them in. I have a metal peel for removing, but these peels are thin enough, that you might be able to do so.I like the fact that there are TWO peels included! This is excellent in the fact that I can prepare 2 pizzas, side by side, and have them in the oven, one right after the other. Genius!I did make sure my dough wouldn't stick to the peels by adding some semolina flour. Generously dust your peel with the flour before placing the stretched dough onto the peel. Shake the peel slightly back and forth to make sure the pizza isn't stuck. Add more under the edges if it gives you trouble when trying to slide into your oven. Soon, you will get more confident with the movement of quickly sliding your pizza onto the stone and sticking won't be as much of an issue. Some reviews complain about the wood feeling like "craft wood." I could feel this a slight bit so I did go over the peel by hand with a fine-grade sandpaper, just to clean it up. Although, it wasn't necessary. They are nice peels! Thanks!

still like them for building pizzas, but one warped somewhat right away
We roll dough out on a large board, then put them on these peels for each person to make their own pizza. Definitely need to use cornmeal or flour to be able to slide the pizzas into the oven.

Great
We have 8 of these and they are great. Easy to clean and not sticky if you use a little flour (especially to transfer to oven). These are a lot less expensive than others but I’m not sure what else you need for more money!

Great for pizza making!
I have a ninja wood fire outdoor oven and started with the metal peel they sell to go with it. While that works great for removing cooked pizzas from the 700° oven, it is impossible on raw dough as it always sticks. These wood peels do the trick, allowing me to briefly assemble the pizza on it and pop it into the oven. I still wouldn't leave the raw dough on it for more than a couple of minutes, even floured, as it starts to stick. I intended to use these to cut and serve, but I quickly realized the cut marks and sauce stains were going to affect the appearance and likely functionality more than I wish (nothing against this brand in particular, any wood peel would be the same).
