Homemade pizza
If you are going to make homemade pizza, then you need a peel. And not just for pizza but breads, baked goods, etc. I made a hook for this (3M sticky hook thingy) next to the oven. I love it.

exactly what I needed. It’s dirty and well-made perfect for my application. (pizza & calzones). Worth every penny.
Very nice quality peel. Well made! The issues that some mentioned in the reviews must be resolved because I dont see ANY problem or concerns with his peel.
I didn’t like the folding part and returned it for a one peice wooden unit.
Ok this is a handy pizza peel for large or small ovens, indoor or out. This is remarkably solid on construction and quite effective for the purpose. I haven't used the longer handle in production yet but it is very stable and satisfactory in that configuration.
If you're using this a few times it might be okay, was using it just a handful of weekends and within 2 or 3 weeks it was already falling apart. It had too much give in the first place which I accepted, but eventually the threads would no longer hold and it bent at any point where the threads were connected to the peel.
Love it
