This turner peel is great. It’s the right size to spin the pizza in the oven to get an even cook - way better than using a full size peel for turning. The long handle helps to keep clear of the hot oven.

Don’t risk destroying your homemade pizza when taking out of your pizza oven. You definitely need one of these. I know from experience. lol

I purchased this peel to help me in my endeavors to bake a good pizza in my new camp stove pizza oven. The long handle is a real plus when you open the oven door at 650F. The shape of the peel make iteasy to spin the pizza around the oven to get even cooking. Oven hotter in back. The non-stick coatingis a plus when cleaning up. It was a good purchase at a good price. I'm very pleased with it and it will last a long time.
