Perfect replacement my own drying stand creation
I had seen a plastic bag drying rack years ago and cobbled together my own from some long metal skewers and a glass jar; crude, but effective when you’re in need of being thrifty! I was thrilled to see this aluminum drying rack offered on Amazon Vine and ordered it to replace my jury rigged item. Assembly was required and instructions, screws and a hex wrench were provided to accomplish this task. I had some dexterity issues handling the small screws, but assembly still took only about 10 minutes. It is quite sturdy once assembled and the thin profile allowed it to fit into the space the prior piece had occupied. The only thing I do not like about this rack is that the silicone tips slip off easily, but that can be remedied by simply applying some superglue to the metal and sliding the ends back on for a permanent hold. This is definitely an upgrade from my previous “spiky” creation and I think it is well worth the $12.99NOTE: There was a bit of false advertising when this item was posted, as it was listed as a “Foldable Metal Reusable Silicone Ziplock Bag & Bottle Drying Stand,” but it is not foldable—you would need to remove all of the screws in order to collapse this rack. This is not an issue for me, as I had planned to leave it on the counter anyway. I ordered this on 01/14/2026 and the listing was updated when I went to review it on 01/22/2026, so anyone ordering it now can disregard the bad reviews based on non-foldability.

Game-Changer for Reusable Bags! (A Plastic Bottles and Cups!)
This bag drying rack has made my kitchen life so much easier! I use reusable silicone bags constantly - for snacks, leftovers, meal prep - and I was always struggling with how to dry them properly. This rack solves that problem perfectly. The 8 tall pegs keep the bags upright and spread open so they actually dry completely instead of staying damp inside. I also use it for drying small bottles, plastic bottles, and cups after washing, which is a nice bonus. The aluminum base is sturdy and rust-resistant, so I don't worry about it getting wet all the time. I really appreciate the silicone tips on the pegs - they protect the bags from getting poked or torn, and they're gentle on my hands too. The best part? It folds completely flat when I'm done, so I can tuck it in a drawer or cabinet instead of having it take up permanent counter space. If you're trying to cut down on single-use plastic and use reusable bags, or just need a better way to dry bottles, you absolutely need one of these. It's simple, functional, and makes the whole process way less annoying!

Too narrow for plastic bags to dry well, cheap metal, inconvenient to store
Disappointed with this. For starters, this was listed as a folding rack at the time I ordered, but then listing was subsequently edited to reflect that it’s not folding. It’s not easy or convenient to store in a cabinet, and I don’t have enough counter space to keep it out all the time, so that was an immediate letdown. Now that I’ve got the salt out of my system, let’s review it for what it is: a fixed bag drying rack. Unfortunately, it’s still disappointing. It’s made from aluminum and supposedly has a “rust-resistant” finish, but I have doubts as to how well it will actually resist rust. Why not make it in stainless steel or plastic-covered metal? It feels lightweight and not very good quality. The base is about four inches wide, but then the prongs narrow to about two inches at the top, so it doesn’t keep larger bags open enough to fully dry on the ends. There’s about an inch between each set of prongs, which puts plastic bags too close together so that they stick to each other and don’t dry on the outside, another negative. As a positive, the prong ends are covered with plastic tips, which at least will prevent bags from being punctured, but the fact that it’s not foldable, not stainless steel, and much narrower than expected add up to a miss for me. I wash both silicone and plastic bags for reuse, up to gallon size, and the design of this just doesn’t do anything to simplify the drying process. I might as well keep standing my bags in my dish drainer, and then I won’t have to find additional storage space.

Economical way to dry your ziplocks
This is one of those things that you don't know you need until you get it! I am a very proud tightwad. I have perfected being able to wash out the Ziploc baggies to reuse. There is always a bit of problem if I have multiple baggies needing washed because finding places to dry them is always a challenge. Before this rack, I would hang them from the top of a planter stake. But it was still a problem if I had more than a couple to wash up. When this rack arrived, I had half a dozen baggies needing washed up. It was a delight to rinse them and hang them quickly and easily on this rack. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I got the unit assembled easily. It includes an allen wrench so no additional tools were required to put it together. It also had one extra screw. This unit is supposed to fold up to store it away but this unit does not. Taking it apart each time would be so much work that it would not be worth the time or effort. I do not consider this a big issue as I'll be using it so often that it won't be getting stored away. It will be kept with my draining rack. The only negative I found with this rack is the rubber tips on the tops of each rung. They fall off very easily and the tops of the bare metal rungs are quite sharp. (minus one star) I will have to find a safe adhesive that will secure them in place. MADE IN CHINA .
