Good disposable tongs!
These tongs are great for catering and parties. They are just the right size for self-serve food stations / buffets. They work well, but don’t expect them to be able to pick up heavy items. They are perfect for noodles or single-serving pieces of meat. The black plastic is a very utilitarian style, very no-frills aesthetic. The tongs aren’t the sturdiest, but they are meant to be disposable, so not much of an issue. They are great value and a budget option for caterers looking to supply customers with disposable service-ware

Low Price - Lots of Tongs
I picked up this pack of 24 tongs for an office party that will be a buffet-style event. It's a mix of bring-your-own-dish and food provided, so I was wondering if having extra tongs would be helpful.I am sure glad that I did get them because they came in super handy during the party. The tongs were great for all kinds of foods and snacks, and it's a great way to keep everyone from using their hands to grab snacks like pretzels. Having multiple sets of tongs made it possible for us to minimize the spread of germs.These are made from food-grade, BPA-free plastic and are completely safe for use with food.I am happy they are plastic and not made of metal or any kind of material that can rust or degrade. Cleaning with these is great too because you can simply load them into the dishwasher and don't have to worry about them melting in the high temperatures inside.The only downside I found to these was how cheaply made they are. The plastic is very flimsy and thin. They cannot pick up and hold anything heavier than a few snacks. Otherwise, you're fighting a losing battle trying to pick up a meatball.The price point on this set of 24 tongs is great. If you are looking for a good one-time use set of utensils, these would be great. Additionally, they would also be great for grabbing small things out of the air fryer.

Are There Any Clean Tongs?
In our house, we use tongs a LOT. I don’t know why, we just do. Maybe because we cook mostly in an air fryer? I don’t know, but a common question heard around here is...“Are there any clean tongs?”. Usually not. I mean we have like 6 pair and it’s still not enough! As a result, I’m always on the hunt for reasonably priced tongs. Enter this beautiful, serendipitous find.I understand that this box of 24 tongs may be meant for use in a business setting or a family reunion or something where all the tongs will be used at once, and that maybe it seems too much for just everyday household use. I get that, I do, but no...I promise every one of these will be used almost every week around here.These 9 inch tongs are sturdy enough to pick up french fries and meat, plus they have a curved edge where they come together which allows us to pluck small things right off the counter. I tried to use them to pick up a cap from a water bottle, for example, and they were easily able to grab it and hang onto it like a champ. (Side note...the pen in my photo is just for size reference...they don’t come with a pen. They WOULD, however, easily pick the pen up).The tongs are easy to store since they kind of nest inside each other, and are reusable, since they’re super easy to hand wash. I understand how maybe you’re thinking that if we would just wash them every time, then 6 tongs in the house would be enough. And you’re absolutely correct, but now we have a total of 30, so I’m SURE we’ll be able to...well...I mean...we can just order another box, right?

“Disposable” but actually reusable!
I have occasionally had the need for a pair of tongs when preparing food, but I never think to purchase them until I realize I need them, so, when I noticed these, I went ahead and bought them, even though they were just plastic and “disposable.” I just ran three pairs of them through the dishwasher (top shelf to be careful), and they came out as good as new. Twenty-four sets, $15, and reusable! — I don’t think I’ll be running out of tongs soon! And they seem to be strong enough for my needs and unlikely to break. A great purchase!

These tongs are very light and not as flexible as other brands. I used it for morning pastries and still need to slightly open it additional help for a better grip. They are washable and reusable.This is a good deal for the number of pieces you get - however they are definitely not the best tongs for heavy/bigger food items.
