Wonderful craftmanship...item is small n that's what I love bout it...when I drink tea it's traditionally from small Chinese cups not like the gallon size westerners drink...goodness sake..if you choose caffinated tea you don't want to make lots of trips to the bathroom...get back to moderation
Very elegant teacup in a presentation box..
The mug is beautiful but when you put hot tea in it, it’s too hot to hold for at least five minutes. It will burn your fingers.

This POEMSHIP Yixing Purple Clay Tea Cup Master Cup. Hand-carved Teacups With Panda Patterns is beautiful and I would give it 6 stars if I could.It comes in a very sturdy box with a metal clasp which makes it look exquisite. It is the ultimate presentation when giving it as a gift. The cup fits in my hands perfectly and reminds me of a friend who loved holding their tea cup in a certain way to meditate on how it made her hands warm, she would have loved this cup! The surface has a smooth roughness-- I don't know how to explain it. It's a uniform glaze but it's not a manufactured, machine-processed feeling. The panda picture and the characters look just like they do online. I love the detail in the panda and the flowers. The panda looks realistic, not like a cartoon. I feel like the artist who did it has studied pandas because it looks like giant pandas I have seen in the fur many times. The rim of the cup is nicely engineered so that you can easily drink and sip from it.This is a very special addition to my panda collection. I can highly recommend the craftsmanship and design. I also like knowing the background about the purple clay shared online, it makes this a unique item. Sipping from this cup makes tea time a spiritual experience for me. I highly recommend it.
I don’t know where I got the impression that this item contained two teacups. It does say “teacups” in the item title, the first photo is of two cups, but it never states that you will get two teacups. It also doesn’t say “one teacup”, either!Nonetheless, it is a wonderful purple clay teacup! The panda is adorable and the sentiment on the opposite side is comforting. The material isn’t so thin that you are worried about breaking it if you choose to use it every day. Yixing purple clay is supposed to be an excellent material for teaware. I’m looking forward to seeing if it is true1
