This product is usable, but I do have a few complaints. First off, the title says it's stainless steel but that's only for the ring. Another thing is that the dimensions don't exactly line up. The ring is bigger than the mold itself so when you try to push something down, there is going to be some gaps on the side that the mold will not be able to reach.
I like that this is stainless steel and that it comes apart for storage too. It is app. 3.25 inches by 2 inches in height. I like this for so many things and I like it for onigiri even though it is round. It makes an impressive mold for barley and rice under a piece of fish. I have not used it for a dessert yet but the ring is only limited to my creativity.It is sturdy and will keep it shape and the handle unscrews from the plate for storage. This is not a one tasker in the kitchen and can be used for portion control too. I am very happy with this ring.
