The salad bowl quality design looks perfect definitely something you can buy for yourself or give away as a gift. It’s not super thick, but it’s not thin either. I would say it’s perfect in the middle. I actually use it not just force a salad bowl, but also a chip bowl and sometimes Asian food. The design itself makes it easy to use with practically any type of food. It’s not strictly salad bowl only. Jerk comes off at instantly easy to clean.
I bought these bowls to replace a similar set I bought years and years ago at Sam's club that were almost all broken. These new bowls match perfectly in shape, color, size and best yet, they are more light weight. These bowl are not for serving or even mixing bowls. They are just right for an oversize bowl of soup, salad, pasta, cereal, ice cream and even popcorn,
After obsessing over a million choices, I am so happy I chose wisely. They were packaged exceptionally well and arrived with no damage. These beautiful contemporary bowls are a true white and do double duty for salad or soup. I love the flat stable bottoms. They are sturdy but not so heavy it’s a pain to get them out of the cupboards. They’re 8” across and 3.5” at the highest side. They hold 3 cups/24 oz perfectly. Not sure if it’s a dealbreaker for you, but the sticker on the bottom easily peels off.
I was looking for a nice dish that was good for daily use for individual portions of salad, soup, pasta, and healthy portions of a full meal. These bowls are perfect and met all my expectations and more. No more salad spilling out of the bowl as I mix the ingredients! I use it for most of my meals. They look so elegant that it feels like you are dining at a nice restaurant. Dishwasher and microwave safe. My son and I arm wrestle for the last clean bowl. Hint: order at least 2 sets. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Perfect size
It is perfect except there sizes look on the pictures and the item a little different, but it is not bad.
Very nice product. I bought these to serve food on a buffet at my football parties. They look nice, are aesthetically pleasing. I even use them to serve Sunday dinner. Good size. I can get a quart of slaw or potato salad in one bowl. Plastic wrap actually fits well to save leftovers in the fridge. I was concerned about this because of the curved top. I am Extremely pleased with these bowls.
