To avoid any confusion as to the product description herein under review, the actual product description as posted by the seller on his Amazon marketing webpage is: Buzveuya Portable Blender, Small Blender for Smoothies and Shakes, Personal Blender with 6 Blades, Rechargeable, Travel Lid, 17 oz for Outdoors, Camping, Office and Kitchen (Black).Price-point during this review: $29.99.If I ever had any doubts when going into review a product, man, this was the one. In all my near 400 reviews I've generated as a gold-rated member of Amazon's Vine Voice reviewer program, this particular diminutive blender product, currently under my review, turns out to be my most memorable 'miscalculation' that I've ever experienced (from a review standpoint).I'm a dedicated home-cooking chef who's naturally come by his typical share of culinary gizmos and gadgets over my many years of bringing all sorts of recipes to fruition. As such, I've accumulated more than my obligatory share of blender/mixers in order to facilitate, expedite and execute certain intricate stages called for by various recipes. What I have stored in my kitchen cabinets are several typically sizeable and powerful wired iterations of these mixers that seem to have undergone design improvements over the course of time. But, never have I had an item like this one that seems more like a child's toy than a viable accoutrement to a well-outfitted chef's electronic kitchen utensil inventory.I selected this item to review when offered to me because its size piqued my interest and also because I've always found it a waste of time to 'crank-up' a much larger, 'clunky' blender whenever I craved a 'smoothie' just for my own consumption. My doubts about this product were even more prevalent when I checked other Amazon customer feedback about these types of items (of which there are many similar competing products on Amazon) and virtually all of them generated highly negative responses from their respective users. So, that brings me back to this item, which had already elicited so much negativity before I even opened the nicely packaged Amazon delivery. I instantly became kind of dumbfounded and confused, as once I had this substantially well-built product in my hand, I no longer continued to think it might be a waste of time (like so many other users of these types of similar-sized products had been so unilaterally critical). You must know by now "where I'm coming from" with all of this, as currently, I've literally 'fallen-in-love' with it. I'm so fascinated that I find my self more-and-more reaching for it whenever I crave a natural fruit-blended drink, especially in the year-round hi-temps here in South Florida. You'd never know by looking at its small-ish size and noticeably disproportionately-sized cutting/blade rotor, that this 'little, powerful beast' could ever "crush it" like it does into such a palatable, deliciously-drinkable end product. It even can handle small cubes of ice (which thankfully my fridge's icemaker can produce as the access 'neck' on this blender is relatively small) as it reduces/decimates them into invisibility once I activate the wireless/portable, battery-powered, rechargeable powerful motor. As an example of one of my daily uses of this 'mighty-mite of a blender', today I felt like eating a super-healthy red delicious apple grown in the state of Washington...the ones that come in the shiny, deep-red-colored hue. But, I didn't feel like going through my customary routine whereby I cut it into 8 even wedges via an apple/corer/cutter device. So, instead of that normal method of mine, I cut the apple into little chunks in order to allow for the entire apple to enter the blending-chamber of this little gem of a mixer. I tossed some of the aforementioned small ice cubes in to give it a 'sorbet-like' touch and voila, after it did its 15,500 RPM 'thing' with its amazing power, I drank it slowly in an effort to savor the 'welcomed chilled' experience as l long as I could.I ultimately overcame the unfounded negative myth(s) regarding what I had conjured up about these nifty little devices. I feel that this product is very well-made and should give me good service for a decent amount of time. I make this, somewhat reserved-toned latter statement only because I note that both the motor and battery are sealed into the overall unit and I thus assume that when/and if either, or both of them go the 'malfunction route', I'll just have to toss-it-out and replace the whole thing - - as I'm now 'hooked-for-life' on this super-convenient little portable-type of device.
It doesn't work at all . It won't even turn on even after being on charge for days. I'd give zero stars but it won't allow me
It took me half an hour to align it first, which was probably a clever little protective measure. It was a bit of a headache at first. But then I realized that before aligning it, you have to twist it hard to align it. This must be part of the design. Other than that, everything else is good. The capacity is generally not very large. But the packaging is nice and solid.
Never worked. Left it charging a long time but itNever blended. The instructions indicate not to submerge in water, but the liquid you need to add to it was probably what broke it.
In the video, you can see that I used the bottle's opening is quite small - too small for icecubes or frozen fruit. It seemed to be the most obvious way to use this little blender, and the instructions don't indicate another way. After I took this apart to wash it, I realized that you could load in all of your items with the blender taken apart and then insert the blender blades back in; essentially, just use it backward! It's a powerful little thing, and I had no issue getting those frozen strawberries, and the ice cubes blended very quickly. I will start a diet this Monday and will be using this daily. I appreciate that I won't have to dig out my big heavy blender now. This is perfect, except I just can't grasp why the tiny top, but oh well, now that I realize I can work around it, it's just fine. It's a great little blender.
