Great grinder, first adjustment was confusing
More adjustable than i thought.On my first try, I was very disappointed. The grind was extremely coarse. Even turning the setting from 8 down to 1. It took me a couple tries to figure out that you can keep turning the adjustment knob past the low (1) setting into a 2nd time around of the 11 down to 1 settings. It is just a knob on a threaded stud. The original builder jsut left the knob way too loose.Anyway, now, everything is terrific. The grind is great, very uniform, and good size. This grinder feels like it is built very heavy and sturdy. It is not too clear, but the capacity is no more than 2 tbsp. So, a single cup pour over is about it.

Does not grind to espresso fine
I don't know where they get the "45 settings" because I only see 11 options that all grind pretty coarse. This is great for drip coffee or a fresh grind camping but not fine enough for espresso which is a letdown.

Sad. Giving 1 star for looks. Adjust? Been adjusting for a few days. NO instructions. Just keep grinding beans for correct grind. Why? Picture says rotate for your preffered? Keep guessing what my “preffered” would be. Waste of money, time, effort and coffee beans

High quality coffee grinder.
I ordered this coffee grinder to grind herbs because I have heard they were good for that. I think this one is just too good for that purpose. It seems to be very high quality and made of stainless steel. It has a grind adjustment from 0 to 11 that is easy to use and works great. It is fairly quiet to run, much quieter than our old coffee grinder. The hopper on this grinder is not as big as most so you will need to grind each day. The entire grinding mechanism comes apart for easy cleaning and the blades are stainless steel which should keep them sharp. The grinder is also rechargeable so it doesn’t need to be plugged in to run, making it a very portable grinder. It also comes with a 1 tbsp measure, charging cord, a dual ended cleaning brush and a bag to store it all in. The instructions that comes with it do not tell you how to take it apart to clean or really much at all so you need to check on the purchasing description for that. Prices for coffee grinders are all over the place so it is hard to tell if this is a great value. It does have all stainless steel workings, is fairly quiet and works well. We will enjoy our espresso daily made from fresh ground beans from this machine.

This coffee grinder is built tough!
This is a great little coffee grinder, it's 'made of some kind of metal, I'm guessing aluminum? When I got it the battery was totally flat, but it charged up really quick. The thing I find interesting is that when you hit the button the motor only runs for about three seconds and shuts off. If you hit the button twice it will start at a low speed, then jump up to a high speed, only for a few seconds and then shut off. You have to actually add coffee beans. When the beans are added it continues to grind until the motor senses that there are no beans, then it switches to a brief high speed setting. I'm guessing that this is high speed reverse to clean out the insides. I'm planning on using this for my morning coffee, I'm a bit of a coffee snob and only pull my coffee out of the freezer when I'm ready to prepare my morning coffee. This grinder does have a bit of noise, but it's not bad, I'd say it's maybe a bit quieter than most coffee grinders. It's great that you can add the beans, hit the button and walk away and it will automatically grind, clean the machine, and then stop the motor. Pretty slick!

Easy to use, well made, and works as advertised. Great portable grinder.
This awesome little portable electric burr coffee grinder made its way to me just in time for an upcoming trip. I definitely will need my coffee fix on this trip, so with this grinder and a few other small coffee tools, I’ll be happily caffeinated.The grinder arrived somewhat charged, so I tried it right when I got it so I could get it clean and test it out. After I wiped it down, I ran some beans through it on different grind settings. It’s extremely easy to change the grind size. There are numbers all around the dial and arrows pointing you in the direction of fine vs course. The dial clicks into place easily. Once you measure out your beans and put them into the grinder, you simply press the button. The grinder will run until the beans are done grinding. I wouldn’t say the grounds are perfectly consistently sized, but they’re about as I expected for a portable grinder in this price range.After I run the grinder, I use the included brush, which works very well, to brush the grinder clean of coffee grounds before the next use. Also included is a nice, wooden-handled coffee scoop. It’s labeled with the size, which is 1 tablespoon. The drawstring bag that is included is nice, too. It’s large enough to carry everything, which I really appreciate. A lot of products that come with storage solutions do not have room for accessories. This one does. I could even fit a small bag of beans inside or other small items. The charger works well and charges the grinder quickly. There is a red light above the power button that comes on during the charging process and turns white when it’s fully charged.This is a great little electric grinder that’s a good value and works as advertised. It’s well made, thoughtfully designed, and I’m happy to have it. I recommend it.
