Excellent Grinder

I love this grinder, and here is why:1. The quality of grind is as good as any quality hand grinder I have used. There is a huge range of grind to select from, and it is easy.2. It's quiet! I hate the sound of noisy grinders first thing in the morning. This machine is barely louder than a hand grinder.3. Decent charge capacity. I get 20 full grinds on a charge, but now I typically just recharge it every week, so I don't forget.4. The grind capacity works for me. I typically drink one strong 16oz cup every morning and this holds plenty of beans for that, 25g of whole beans.5. The build quality of this grinder appears to very high. I was surprised that it was as heavy as it is. I don't think there is any plastic used in this grinder. It is all aluminum and stainless steel, with a real glass bowl. Amazing for the price!6. I love the simple operation. Two pushes to start, one to stop, with an effective auto stop 5 seconds after the grind is finished.This is not a pro or a con , but the grinder is geared down to run slow. It takes about the same time to grind as a hand grinder.I kind of figured I wouldn't like this grinder, because I'm pretty cranky in the morning before my coffee. Any fussing or noise, and I would likely send it out the window! I took a chance though because sometimes hand grinding is a pain. Glad I did! I would buy this for a gift!

A great coffee grinder (after returning the one that broke)

This is a really good grinder. It is way faster than other mobile grinders I have used and lasts through multiple grinding rounds.So, why is it 4 stars?Two reasons:1) Capacity - the 15g upper limit is close to filling the chamber. This is a small chamber. I don't know why it needed to be this narrow since it is physically limiting the available volume, but it is. This alone does not justify a 1-star drop.2) Reliability - my comments about how good this is are based on the SECOND unit I received. The first unit broke on the very first use after setting it to a very coarse grind (i.e., the easiest setting). There is a metal plate between the conical burr and the nut that slots into one and connects to the other via friction - the part of the plate that slots into the burr grinder sheared off completely! This is a metal plate, so I can only assume this was a manufacturing defect. If the second unit fails, this review drops to a 1-star rating as there would be terrible quality control during manufacturing.I have only deducted 1-star as defects occur in any process. The part sheared in a way that says the casting was at fault and I might have just been the unlucky person to receive the sole defective unit. But I couldn't give it 5 stars either, as it DID break in an unrecoverable way.With all that said, the second unit is working well for the short time I have had it. Fast grinding, an intuitive method for determining the grind, and a high-quality feel to the unit. I just wish I wasn't wondering if/when it's going to break on me.

A Great Small Grinder: Looks Nice Works Well

The first one received was an open-box and a defect. Replacement was easy and a new one came in just few days. The second one was perfectly packed with sealed box and sealed grinder. It grinds quietly and consistently leaving very little dust. It shuts off automatically when coffee beans are finished. It looks premium and feels premium in hand. The dust pink is a beautiful shade. It is to replace a manual grinder. I love my new grinder and look forward to using it every morning!

This is a great portable grinder for coffee. The charge lasts long. Even though it is labeled as portable, it can be used on a regular basis and does perform. It does have different settings for different levels of grinding levels. And it looks really well.

Great grind in a compact package.

Great compact design and perfect espresso grind. 4 stars because it’s slow. We bought it for our RV because of the compact size. Turn it on and move on to other activities while it completes the grind. It will self shutoff when grinding is complete.

Decent coffee grinder

This is a quality coffee grinder. Well made, sturdy and sleek. The transparent (plastic) ground coffee container is a nice touch. I really like the fact that you can adjust the coarseness of the ground coffee, and it's pretty consistent at delivering that grind level. The grinding mechanism work well, albeit quite slow (I removed one star for that). Reachable battery is great so that you don't have to consume batteries while operating the grinder.The packaging is very nice, almost luxurious and the grinder comes with a soft pouch for storage and a brush for cleaning. The price point is very high though, at almost $120. I don't see why so expensive. I removed one star.Overall this is a good coffee grinder but, due to its lack of speed and expensive price tag, I would rate it 3/5.
