Excellent ricer for smooth potatoes (but it had a minor defect)

I used this for Thanksgiving mashed potatoes and it worked perfectly... created really smooth results with minimal effort (as long as your potatoes have boiled enough). The all-stainless construction feels solid and substantial, which I prefer over those ricers with plastic handle inserts. The large hopper size is great and it cleans easily in the dishwasher. You will need a slightly taller than normal drawer if that's where you plan on storing it.I'm only deducting a star because the small hanging loop on the front had broken off during shipping, likely a welding issue. It doesn't affect functionality but it's a bit disappointing on a brand-new product. But with how the rest of the ricer is constructed, I believe this was a one-off issue.
