I don't know how to rate this being I never used this before. I got this because I just received a bread maker and I've been making sweet potatoes. It smashed the potatoes with ease. I haven't made mashed potatoes yet but I like it for what I'm using it for
I love this item and is very easy to use & clean. Perfect for any creations. I am waiting to try this for dough as well. This comes with 3 changeable plates. I am going to order one for my family as well.
A little awkward, but this is the first time I've used one of these things. Made making mashed potatoes much less labor intensive. Moderately impressed.
I use this for mashed/riced potatoes. They come out fluffier, and less lumpy when put through the ricer. You get a different consistency depending on which size strainer you use. I prefer the larger or medium sized disc for potatoes. You end up with a it of a mess to clean up at the end, but I still like it.
