    Excellent pot and pan and lid organizer. Very strong and sturdy.

    This pots and pan organizer is fantastic. It is quite easy to assemble and it is quite well designed and capable. As you can see, it is adjustable to the height of one’s pots and can easily hold my large deep cast-iron skillet. It organizes lids very well, and I’ve even managed to put my oversized cookie sheets in that section as well. The only adjustments I needed to make were to the feet to ensure that it sat solidly. The feet are adjustable and adjusting them is quite simple and quick. I think that the need to adjust them was just because of my uneven counter top. The other adjustment I needed to make was in the chrome color wire organizers. A few of them were not tight enough and easily moved out of their position, but stretching them out just a little bit solved that immediately.I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with this organizer and it is making my kitchen much easier to navigate and organize. I will probably put this inside a cabinet soon, but it actually looks interesting on the countertop as it is in these photos.

    Pure junk

    I bought this as it was metal thinking it would hold up . But This pot rack is very difficult to put together even with two people as the instructions note, the instructions are terrible. Also, the measurements are somewhat off. I was able to use the lid rack, but nothing else. And I’m not even sure if the lid rack will suffice. Already in the garbage. I would not recommend.

    Convenient but missing key parts

    Reason for three stars is that the organizer was not shipped with all parts. We were missing the screws necessary to put the organizer together. We checked all sections of packaging twice and were disappointed to find that none had been sent. We ended up finding spare screws that we used to put the organizer together instead. Once set up, the overall function is convenient and works well. Again, just disappointed that not all pieces were present.Update: I’ve changed the rating from 3 to 4 stars because of the speedy response to this review. I greatly appreciate their willingness to offer a solution.

    Dislike. Not sturdy

    Not as expected. The lid dividers did not stay in place or hold lids well. Very flimsy and annoying when trying to put dishes away. They just kept popping out of the holes and falling over. Difficult to put together as screw holes don’t align. Also very tall.Returned.

    Make sure you pay attention to the measurements

    I guess I didn't think before buying this but I just assumed it would be a little more universal. It doesn't really fit in my under cabinet unless I remove shelves, which kind of defeats the purpose. I can't really fit it any way that makes sense or works. The design itself feels extremely sturdy and the black finish looks nice, but for me it’s not very practical. I can see it working better in a bigger kitchen or somewhere with more open storage, but in my setup it just doesn’t make sense. Was extremely easy to put together, and so far it has found use in my storage space for my tools. Good product.
