This is a heavy duty pot that I fully believe will last a long while. I'm trying to get away from Teflon and the nonstick nonsense. It seems to be everywhere, and always ends of flaking off and becoming hazardous and an eye sore. Ceramic and stainless steel are my new go-to's, and I wanted at least a few ceramic pots. This one seems to be made of quality material, and might even outlast me. I was concerned it would be so thick it would take twice as long to do something simple like boil water, but if anything it's quicker. The ceramic heats up quickly and evenly, and seems to distribute heat even through the sides evenly. It's already been put through the ringer somewhat with my daughter dropping it and burning food to the bottom when she forgot to turn off the burner. No harm from dropping it, and it cleaned right up from the burnt mess she left me. The handle doesn't get hot, so is able to be easily maneuvered with hot food inside. I will absolutely be ordering more from this line, as I think these will be some of the most long lasting pots and pans I'll ever own.

Amazingly even heat distribution that makes it ideal for sauces
I am really impressed with the overall construction of this amazing sauce pan. It evenly and quickly distributes the heat and does not easily scorch chocolate or creme based sauces. It has a great lid and handle combo that makes it comfortable to use the lid without burning the fingers. The silicone handles are very firm and strong, yet it is lightweight enough for even children to handle. The best part of this sauce pan is how pretty and aesthetically pleasing it is and it easily fits in in a high end kitchen. So worth the asking price because of ultra high quality construction.

I like this pan a lot. The size is great for someone who cooks for two people: big enough but not tiny. The non-stick properties of this pan are very good. I take good care of my non-stick pans so I anticipate this will last a good long while. It came with the handle detached, but it was very easy to attach it, just took a philips head screwdriver. The fact that there are no rivets or screws showing on the inside of the pan is a nice feature as there's nowhere for food residue to get stuck.The only reason I took off one star is because it took three weeks for this to arrive.

Lightweigh, comfortable and nonstick!
We are having to use an induction cooktop for a bit and decided to get this saucepan to try out. I really like the weight of the pan, the lid feels like it actually weighs more. It is really easy to use and the finish is really nice and easy to cook with and to clean. The handles have a pleasant texture/grip to them, they are definitely not real wood. It was easy to install the handle and it has stayed seated pretty tightly which is great, if it gets loose at least it is easy to tighten. This works really well on the induction cooktop, heats up really quickly and seems to keep a pretty accurate temperature. My only issue was that the base has fairly aggressive edges, so you have to be wary of where you set it down. I'm sure they will wear down smooth after more regular use though.
