High quality poultry shears are hard to find and usually the really good ones are too expensive to purchase. Luckily, I found and ordered these stainless-steel shears at what I consider to be an affordable price. The package includes scissors, a veggie peeler, and two extra springs. The scissors can be used on a variety of food items. From cracking walnuts to scaling fish, these scissors are wonderful. They are designed to be non-slip, which is important when dealing with any type of meat cutting and as a safety feature they can be locked.They are easy to clean but nowhere I could find that they are dishwasher safe so I am washing by hand. These are very useful and cuts my time in half for working with food -- especially chicken. Cutting chicken or turkey has never been more safe or simpler. This is very high quality.

Really incredible kitchen shears! Strongest I've had in a long time.

High quality but large.

These things are a lot bigger than I thought they’d be. A little challenging to hold with your hand, but after a while you get used to the feel. These things are super heavy duty. I do a lot of spatchcock chickens, and these are perfect for removing the backbone. Like I said they are a little big which makes them a little harder to maneuver, but it’s also what gives them great cutting power.

Practically commercial grade shears

These poultry scissors really surprised me. Very hefty and noticeably high quality. Super solid build, and unbelievably sharp, almost like a commercial grade product. And the peeler tool is a great extra! Can't imagine there is anything this won't cut through. Perfect with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, I'm sure this will get an even better workout then.
