Good cooking tongs.
I got tired of the big clunky plastic tipped tongs I had that was like using a bull dozer where a shovel was better and decided to order these to deep fry and plate foods. This fills the gap between the big plastic tipped tongs and cooking tweezers. When using batter frying you do not get a big clump with each item you handle. The small size does not sap so much temperature out of the hot oil. They also can be used to plate food without using your fingers. The precise size and dexterity of these are much better than the huge ones.

Actually quite amazing
