I decided to try one of these choppers and chose this one. I have used it multiple times and love it! Used for hamburrger and for chopping tomatoes from the garden. Works great, easy to clean, and seems long lasting. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy it again if necessary.
I first thought this tool was a gimmick, but it turns out to be every bit as good as promised. Packaged ground meat is almost brick-like these days. I used to cut the 'brick' into smallish pieces and then beat at it in the pan using a fork. This thing is way more efficient -- dump the whole brick of meat into the frypan and then twirl this thing inside. easily breaks up ground beef, turkey, sausage. I like it and it was not expensive. I would suggest rinsing it off before putting it in the dishwasher, so that all the crevices will be thoroughly cleaned. Only comes in black, but who cares?
It's nice and easy to use
This is a good hamburger smash tool, but the meat gets hung up in the twisted grooves of the blades. The blade part on the bottom is a little thicker than some other smashers, but it works well. I ordered red and it’s a perfect red, but not crazy about the design, as far as cooking.
Super sturdy and a good price. Works great and dishwasher safe for cleaning.
This meat chopper has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. The blades cut through the meat evenly, so it cooks faster and comes out in perfect small pieces.The nylon material feels sturdy and is completely heat-resistant, so I can use it directly in a hot pan without worrying about melting. It’s also safe for non-stick cookware, which is a huge plus since it won’t scratch the surface. Cleaning is easy too—food rinses right off, and it’s dishwasher safe.I’ve also used it for mashing potatoes and mixing softer foods, and it works just as well. It’s lightweight, comfortable to hold, and very durable. For such a simple tool, it makes cooking ground meat so much easier, and I wish I had bought one sooner.
