Have had for many months and this spatula does not disappoint. It cleans easily and functions well for its intended purpuse which is scraping cast iron skillets during steam only cleaning..also woks great for doing regular spatula stuff
The handle length is just right. I'm very satisfied and would recommend it for purchase.
Unlike many other wooden spatulas that tend to be thicker at the flipping end, this one seems to do the trick. Reason for buying a wooden one is I just upgraded to a Carbon Steel pan and while they say you can use metal utensils Id rather not. The only reason Im taking one star away is because there isnt any information on food safety varnish. Im hoping its okay.
Love using this, it doesn't scratch your pans and I believe it's constructed of olive wood. If not that, then something equality beautiful... it is a very well made item.

These utensils are the real deal. I’ve already found uses for all four pieces, and they’ve all performed really well so far. The one with the smaller head has quickly become my go-to for things like bacon because it’s easy to maneuver and gives really good control in the pan. The others work great for heavier tasks like mashed potatoes and general cooking.The wood looks great right out of the box—smooth surface, clean edges, and no rough spots anywhere. They feel sturdy in the hand without being heavy or awkward to grip. Visually, they’re nice enough that you don’t mind them sitting out on the counter or hanging on a hook.Even though these are supposed to be hand-wash only, my wife accidentally ran a couple through the dishwasher, and surprisingly, they didn’t warp or crack. They still look and function perfectly fine, which says a lot about the durability. That said, definitely hand wash them just to be safe.Cleaning them is easy—they don’t hang on to food residue, and soap and warm water are enough to get them completely clean. Overall, a great little set that looks good, feels good, and works well in daily cooking.
