Bought this to add on to my super expensive set that started chipping - these are a quarter the price and MUCH better quality. Well packed with a dust cover, even comes with the screwdriver to put the handle on. Nothing sticks to the pan and it cleans up easy. Wish I would’ve bought a whole set of these instead of expensive “name brand”. Will buy more as pieces need replaced from my other set. Highly recommend!!
This is an amazing frying pan at a great price. Easy to clean, non stick is excellent. I have used it for stove topfrying and poaching with no problems. Recommend using at lower to mid heat.
Impressive quality pan, Arrived well protected in box, nice screwdriver included to install handle on pan. Great lid design with silicone on lip of cover to protect durable non stick non toxic coating. Also included nice fabric cinch bag to protect and store pan. Be sure to follow instructions and season pan with oil for longevity of non stick coating, I used Avocado Oil. A++ experience, beautiful pan!!
Do as they say and DO NOT USE HIGH HEAT, and you have an amazing non-stick pan. It's so good, all you have to use is hot water to clean it after each use. We do use Dr. Bronner's soap to clean it, but I have found that spraying hot water on the pan removes 99.9% of anything on it, including grease and butter. Love the lid for steaming vegetables and reducing bacon splatter. Just an amazing product. 100% recommended!
After a month of daily use the non stickness is no longer. Also it expels a funny odor when starts heating and sometimes eggs taste weird. I upgraded my initial review because I found out you have to clean it really well with an abrasive soap to make it work like initially did, still sticks once in a while but is working better from good cleaning.
This is an amazing pan, truly non-stick. The temperature is quite controlled throughout, I would definetely recommend this!The size is appropiate, it is also lightweight, great purchase
The description says it's metal utensil safe and shows a picture of cutting a steak in the pan, but the instructions say not to use metal utensils and not to cut food in the pan. The instructions also say to only use on low to medium heat, and that it's safe to 356°F, which lets out many things you might want to do in a frying pan, such as stir-frying or searing a steak.I have the 8" version of this pan and I like it, though it's not entirely nonstick, so I decided to get the 10" one. I haven't used that one yet, but I like that it isn't too heavy. The small one cooks evenly, so I expect this one will, too.You should know that it comes with the handle detached and you have to screw it on, but they provide the screwdriver and a spare screw.EDIT: The more I use this pan, the more I like it. It cooks evenly, is very nonstick and cleans easily. The food doesn't spill over the sides when I stirfry. The handle stays cool and has a nice balance. Overall, it works better than many more expensive pans.
