This has become our go to slicer for entertaining. It works well, adding nice texture lines to a variety of cheeses and vegetables. Even peels apples, cherrries and grapes for food art applications. Durable and washes easily in sink or dishwasher. Blade size is perfect for a variety of uses while being safe. Design is easy to handle and attractive. Happy with the purchase. 👌
This is such a well made kitchen tool. Stainless steel, very sharp and outperforms any other multifunctional peeler I've ever had. This is one tool that over many years someone will be saying "I remember these, my grandmother had one." Price a little high, but old saying goes "You get what you pay for."
Love it! Works well and I didn’t need instructions! That’s saying a lot.I hate using a cheese grater or mandolin type thing. It is easy to get hurt when using them.
I used this peeler for cabocha squash and it was easy for skin to come off. The peeler was easy to handle and maneuver and heavy duty. The price I thought was reasonable.
Every kitchen should have this! I use it to peel everything from mangos to butternut squash. Durability is strong works and works great
this peeler is awesome. peels with ease and well built. don't believe it will rust but will dry after use anyway. peels when pushing or pulling and very sharp. haven't tried the juliene part yet, but sure it will make great hashbrowns
