Razor sharp

I already had a really nice knife sharpener that was a similar style to this I use at home but needed one to put at our vacation home we just built and didn't want to spend as much on another one. What a great value this turned out to be since it works just as good as the other one I have. The multiple channels allow you to get that razor sharp bevel on any set of kitchen knives. So sharp you can easily thinly slice tomatoes without squishing them, just like on the infomercials. If this is your first sharpener, know that they are a little noisy, but that's normal. Using consistent passes of the knife, both speed and pressure, produce the best results.

Holy crap! Best knife sharpener I’ve ever had. Worth the money, every penny. I had ridiculously dull knives. I’ve had other sharpeners and would sit for hours trying to get my knives sharp again. I am completely lost when it comes to manually sharpening knives. I was able to sharpen my super dull knives (~12) in under 15 mins. Takes no time at all to create extremely sharp knives. On top of being highly effective, it’s pretty quiet compared to other automatic sharpeners.

I just finished sharpening a set of knives

I bought this for my daughter as I finally got tired of using her dull knives. It resembles another I bought which cost about double. It is not as effective, but it isn't far off. I have had to run through my daughter's knives about twice as many times as I did mine, but I keep better care of my own as well.We'll see if the knives are in as good a shape on my next visit. If not, sharpening will be added to my routine.
