The manual is well written and comprehensive. The unit is sturdy, and PERFORMS.
First, I probably should tell you that I have another product from this maker, COZII, and have been very pleased with its performance, and manual. (I am big on proper manuals.) So I might not be totally objective, but I do try.This is a very high speed blender, with a whopping 64 ox pitcher, and a 21 oz "to-go-cup". I have tried it out for several days now, even using it for foods I don't normally make, just to see how it handled. Impressed is an understatement.1) The manual is excellent. Although this is a foreign company (the blender is made in China) you could not tell it by the quality of both the English, and the writing of the manual. It is complete. It covers everything you need to know. It has a troubleshooting section. In short, the kind of manual we are used to here in the US, and that instantly gives me confidence in operation, clean up, and figuring out the occasional problem.. (It also discusses motor overheating, and how to avoid it; or if, you didn't read that part, how long to wait to continue.)2) The warranty is very nice: 2 years. And the customer service contact information is prominent.3) Cleaning: this is rather unique; unlike other blenders, you do NOT disassemble the lower section which contains the blades, etc. You clean the unit on the base, using a small amount of detergent with water, and running the machine. I like that, because the blades are very sharp, and this method not only works, but it eliminates the potential for accidents and damage to the blades. Well thought out design.4) The instructions are beautifully clear; they give you the average size of the fruit you are to use; the instructions on measuring liquids with the cap; how to use the tamper; and what each speed will do. They also give you the automatic shut off times.5) The easiest for last: how does it work? Wow. I have had blenders most of my adult life; we all know how they can be great, but also frustrating; but this blender simply performs, and does it beautifully. I was unable to find anything that "stumped it", and although yes, I needed to use the tamper on occasion, at least they gave me a tamper to work with.In short, I recommend this highly. The materials used, and the sturdiness during operation indicates to me its quality and, although it is too soon to tell, its probably durability. Yes, it is expensive, compared to some other models; but I believe the benefits more than make up for that. This has real value.

Awesome blender
This is a very very powerful blender. It’s not a known brand to me, but I was very surprised to see that everything looked very legit, the instruction manual was very clear and had lots of great suggestions. I know a blender is pretty easy to use but I still like it if the instruction manual is thorough.It’s got really good capacity overall with a 64 ounce pitcher. It’s quite large. It also has a smaller to go cup in case.The speed of the blender is very powerful, it takes care of ice, no problem and blends it to quite fine chunks so it’s great for drinks and smoothies. I was also able to make peanut butter and hummus. I also love using my blender to make soups, I made a delicious potato and leek soup, and it was rich and creamy. Ice is usually a good indicator as to how powerful a blender is, if a blender can take care of ice it’s usually powerful enough for me.Durability will have to be seen overtime, but it’s given no indication that it is struggling with anything that I’ve thrown in it thus far I usually listen for things like noises from the motor grinding to show that it’s struggling. So I do think that this is a very durable blender.Overall, I think it’s a great value for the money, the significantly cheaper than some of the high-end blenders with the same power specs.

To clarify to those who do not understand watts to HP. 2,000watts is = 2.682 HP. That is about what a 1/2 in plunge router has and more than the standard tablesaws being made. I have not tried it but I bett money it would eat a broomstick. Breaking or crushing ice has never been this easy. Frozen fruit no issue. If you can get it in the pitcher, if will reduse it it as far down as you like. I love it comes with the small cup sizes as well. Large 64 ounce and it will blend anything you want to about any thickness or consistency you like. I still need to try making some salsa but so far it is an all-star at smoothies. Ice and frozen fruitis a breeze. I had a cheep 800watt I burned up in a week trying to grind ice. for $90 bucks you can not go wrong with this one.
