Wonderful knives.

I have been a chef for 30 years. I was skeptical about new styles of knives.I chose these because they look great and I was going to display them only, on my kitchen wall.When I got them, they felt very good. The weight is good, the balance is perfect and they are sharp. I cut some vegetables and these sliced through things with no issues. I did this video with a soft tomato as they usually get crushed during the slices. These knives sliced through like cutting butter.I will now replace these woth my everyday, expensive knives.The only issue I had, was I now wish I purchased the larger set, just to have them all. This does have all the knives your really need.
