Great meat injector for that perfect flavor!
Loved having the sight glass to perfectly measure out what I was injecting! Had to use the largest needle to inject the herb mix in the meat. Next time I'll have to remember to ground down my herb mix to use the smaller needles. Nonetheless, got a 14-lbs turkey done, and it came out perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Helps being able to remove the top without removing the needle from the meat to refill. Lots of seals kept everything clean with no leaks, and I liked having the spare set of seals in the kit for later. Cleanup was easy - dumped all the parts into a large wash bin or mixing bowl with a bit of mild soap and rinsed everything out. Only drawback is that the top part screws on, which could make it challenging if the valve is under pressure or vacuum and no way to vent it. It might clog too if your mix has any large solids, like herbs or spices.

This is a very high quality injector. It comes with a variety of needle choices. I chose to use the biggest one since I melted butter and put tons of spices mixed in.
