Carbonized Steel vs Aluminized Steel - Lasts Longer

This set of three carbon steel cookie sheets are a great value. The construction uses the longer lasting and higher temperature resistant carbon steel as the base and adds protective coating and other layers to avoid the issue of heat spots. The molded rims showed no signs of cracks and had the appropriate drain holes. The deep pans and high heat tolerance will allow these to be used for more than baking. The non-stick coating was seen with water beading when hand washing although these are advertised as machine washable/safe. The dimpled sheets allow for better/even cooking and are similar to some big box store products. There is a slight warble to the larger sheets but should not impact general cooking or potential to warp. Overall, a good product that should last for years.Update: pans did warp even though used within advertised heat range

These are some pretty good baking sheets

They did a good job of not sticking and they clean easily. The quality is pretty decent.They did warp a little while in the oven and we could hear a pop sound when they did but it didn't affect anything. Once they were out of the oven and cooled they went back to normal.Other than that they worked just fine.
