This is a high quality, well made, and sturdy sliding drawer unit for in cabinets. Very nice unit. Not at all cheap looking. Assembly required. My only comment is that the instructions could have been more detailed. Just a bit unclear. They provided extra screws and other assembly hardware. And a screwdriver. I plan to buy at least two more since I was very pleased with the finished product.
We weren’t sure what we going to get quality wise but this turned out to be well made and we were pleasantly surprised.My husband put it together in under an hour. Looks great, functions well (we really like the self-losing feature) and fits perfectly in our cabinet. We did screw the framing onto the bottom of the cabinet as the instructions stated. We also placed it slightly to the right so we could put our grocery bags on the left side.
Very high quality, good instructions on assembly. I can highly recommend this product
This is a fantastic kit. It looks great and is very accurately drilled out for assembly. Strictly on those merits, I would usually give a product a Five rating; however, in my particular case one of the boards was not drilled at the ends, which blocks my way from assembling it without some workaround. I CAN find a workaround, but I shouldn’t have to. This is a bad manufacturing defect that should have been caught before it shipped. Amazon Customer Service was unable to ship a replacement part either.Had the ends of that one board been drilled as they should have been, this product easily gets a Five.Three instead.
The woodwork is excellent, but the drawer sliders don't match the instruction illustrations. This matters because you have to disassemble the sliders to mount the drawers. The company responded with gibberish and denial of a problem and cited a video that was not included. I'm expecting a replacement tomorrow and hoping the last one was the only poorly packed one.
You need to wood glue every joint. The screws are not tight enough. The inside of the instructions was mising??? If you don't have a work shop to correct the problems, than pass this one up.
The product seems good once it's installed, although the drawers are a bit sticky when pulling out, but i expect they'll loosen up a bit. The real problem with the product is the bad installation instructions.Step 1. No mention of what to do with screws that come with the rails. Turns out you don't need them because they provided other screws. Fine. Enjoy your spare screws.Step 2. Make sure you verify you received mirror pieces for the side frames. Don't trust that the labels are correct. I returned my first box because labels were correct but the boards were identical instead of mirrored.Step 3. Picture looks like the sliding part of the rail and the portion to be screwed on should be flush, but they can't be because A) the slider can't go in that far, and B) the screws won't line up if you try to go flush with the slider. You have to put the back portion flush and let the slider stick out.Step 4-6. Either my boards were mislabeled or misdrilled. I had to redo constructing 2 of the drawers because the screw holes for the other half of the rails need to be at the front of the drawers and mine lined up at the back, so I had to swap the side boards opposite of how they were in the diagram.Step 7. They left off the instructions that you'll have to drill screw holes in the bottom of the cabinet so you can screw the unit to the cabinet. Which isn't as simple as it sounds because the wood is slippery, so it's hard to hold it steady while you mark where to drill the holes.All in all, took me way longer to assemble than it should have due to the poor documentation and mislabeling of pieces, but once assembled it is nice.
