Use quite a few of these mats both oval and square versions. Square ones are used to place the Air Fryer on to present damage to our granite countertops. Oval are used for everyday grill or oven operations. Can take a little getting use to since the holders are not as flexible as a standard oven mit but with time you get the feel of it. Bottom line, product works extremely well. FYI - can be a pain to clean and dry.

I love these potholders, so much so that I ordered more. I have several metal pot holders that I love, but when placing a glass pie-pan, cake pan, or platter onto a metal pot-holder, it slides and I always have a moment of worry that, if knocked, it might slide off the pot holder. These are perfect for hot glass pans. They can be manipulated easily for pulling items from the microwave (ours is mounted high over a counter).I place one of these under my tea-pot when making a lovely pot of tea. It both protects my counter and the silicone keeps the pot securely in place when I place it on a tray to carry to my office. They have many uses.

I really didn't dislike anything about these mats. The square one fits under my hot air fryer and I sit one next to it for the hot pan. I've opened a jar with one and that's all so far. I just got them so I haven't used them a lot but what I have used them for is great. They are made really good and I like the thickness. I found them easy to clean, oh I forgot, I used one as a spoon rest and it needed to be cleaned. All and all, I like this product.
