These pans work great! No silicone smell or taste. Good price. Works best when placed on a cookie sheet for stability. When sprayed with cooking spray, brownies easily release. Makes 16 brownie hearts with 1 regular mix filling the cups about 1/2-3/4 full. Brownies are about 1 inch thick and 2.5 inches in diameter.
I used these molds to make heart-shaped marshmallows for my business. Marshmallow is pretty light and fluffy because it's mostly air, so they worked perfectly for that. I'm not sure if they would be sturdy enough to make small cakes in. For my use, they were absolutely perfect. The best part, they can easily be washed in the dishwasher. I have silicone molds in other shapes and they last much longer and are easier to clean than the plastic molds I used to use.

I got these because I have a home bakery and wanted to offer heart shaped cake pops! But you could use these molds for so many different things.These are definitely deeper molds and would be too big to completely fill for a standard cake pop, but I just filled mine about half way. The mold is easy to work with and holds up well to. Once my cake had set in the fridge they were super easy to remove from the mold.Cleaning them is a tad of a pain, but that's not the fault of the actual mold, it's the shape. You definitely have to be intentional about getting in each curve, but the material makes it easy to clean if you clean it right away!If you wanted to make smaller portion cake bites, this mold works perfectly! You could also make really cute heart shaped rice krispie treats too! The options are endless reallyI would recommend these for sure!
I’ve used these over and over to make my own homemade chocolate heart shaped for Valentine’s Day. I made jello hearts too and even egg bites. Each were a hit. This mold works in the fridge, microwave, air fryer. Easy to clean. Durable. I cut one tray in half to fit in my air fryer.
Excellent size and quality. They are thicker than a lot of my silicone pans/molds, but are still flexible and easy to remove the finished products.
