Works great... here is how

I didn't know what to expect about these trays, but I tried my favorite recipe of currant scones which makes about 1000 grams of batter, spread it around the 8 containers of one of these trays and bake in the only way I know how to bake scones... which is preheat oven to 450F, put the tray on for 8 minutes, then turn off the oven and without opening the oven door, leave in there for another 12-15 min.Scones turned out great, amazing, loved the barely toasted golden edges on all of them and they baked thoroughly pretty well.... highly recommended.
