This is such a great quality lunch box. I got this for my daughter to use to take to her daycare and I can see how much it will last. We don't put anything that is liquid inside so I haven't really tested out the leak proof quality. It's easy enough to open that my 3-year old can open it. It's dishwasher safe, on the top rack. The design is very pretty and it's functionality is great.
I bought this for my 6yrs old child and the picture make it appear like the top is connected which it isn’t. I had to hot glue the back part so the whole top won’t come off, as my child was having difficulties with it
I like this Bento Box and it’s color, but I really don’t like the design that’s on the top of it. It looks too child-like for me. I didn’t notice it when ordering, but wish I did. Other than that, it’s very durable, made well and the different compartments are very convenient when it comes to packing your lunch. I also appreciate the set of utensils!
Mine actually worked out very well, it’s one of our favorites now! The snap closure on the sides is very secure. I do not have issues with leakage, I would not add liquids to this either way, even with the lid on, I wouldn’t want it mixing with the other sections anyway. Using this one for niece, we usually add berries, crackers, sandwiches, cheese, etc, holds those kinds of items very well. I generally wash this by hand, it’s easy to clean for me. I like the separate container with the utensils but I do wish it would’ve matched, since I ordered the pink, and the utensil contained arrived in green. Either way, it’s great.
The lunch box lid is so easy to broken. I bought two and all broken in two weeks.
I wanted to like this box. Great stainless steel body and loved the sections. Makes it easy to keep clean, even if I put food in it that usually stains plastics.The lid is the BIG problem. It is NOT leak-proof. And, it has cracked. I hand wash this, and it is carried in a soft bag. It hasn’t been exposed to heat or sun. But it lasted less than 3 weeks of daily use.Not worth it at all.
LOVE that the inside comes out to easily wash. has done a great job for my daughters lunch as well as snacks at volleyball tournaments. its the perfect size. the unicorn decal on the front is dumb (maybe cute for tiny kids, not for grown) but its able to be ignored. and the color is a great neutral dusty rose not bright pink, its a beautiful color.
