Nice gift set for graduation or employee appreciation
I got this vacuum insulated mug to use as a prize for the games we are hosting to celebrate our employees during National Social Work Month. It comes in a gift-ready black box that indicates what's inside; however, my box got a bit scuffed in transit so I chose to repackage before gifting.I like the short and stubby design of this mug. It's great for the home or office, but not for travel/commute since it won't fit in must cup holders. The black powder-coated background, colorful design, and stainless-steel rim give it a very sleek and professional look. The surface feels nice to the touch, as well. The handle is a good size (almost the entire height of the mug and more than an inch wide) so I can comfortably wrap all four fingers through and rest my thumb on top.The two sides of the mug have different cute messages. If you are right-handed, the side facing you while drinking says "#social worker life" and the side facing onlookers says "Relax, I'm a social worker I've seen worse." If you are left-handed, vice versa.The crystal-clear plastic lid has a hole to drink from or insert a straw, and a slide lock to seal the opening. The lock takes a bit of effort to slide because of the silicone piece on the underside, but is manageable. The lid opening is not large enough to insert the included teaspoon, so you will need to fully remove the lid if you need to stir. The lid is easy to put on and remove and it seals well enough to be spill/leak-proof. The stainless-steel construction is lightweight, strong, and easy to clean. The mug is not advertised as dishwasher safe, so I assume it needs to be hand washed (and that's why a cleaning tool is provided).The set includes a short, straight, stainless steel straw and cleaning brush; stainless steel spoon; and mug cleaning sponge/brush tool. It also includes a cute retractable badge reel and a shiny metal keychain with a starfish charm and inspirational message charm. All of the accessories are individually wrapped.Although this set is technically gender neutral, I think it seems a bit more appropriate for women, as the heart graphics on the mug and badge reel are feminine.
