When I started baking sourdough I used the parchment paper from Costco. While it was a great deal to get two in a bundle, it’s a pain to tear off. Having single sheets ready at my fingers tips that aren’t tearing when I try to get the right size has saved me from The frustration. I have used parchment paper for years in baking but not for anything else. I bought this size for my camping trailer and it fits my 1/4 sheet pan perfectly. I had breakfast sausage to cook and not enough burners so I cooked it in the oven with this parchment paper. I know it seems so simple, but these baking sheets are fantastic! I baked bread at 450 degrees for 45 minutes, and this baking paper came out in the same condition it went in. No smell. No burnt edges of the paper like store brands.
