I actually love this set. The pots are great, super easy to clean too. Had to teach the wife how to use stainless steel stuff so she didn't ruin them but they are fantastic, especially at this price!Definitely recommend buying these if you're looking for a set with this material. The red handles are a nice contrast too with my kitchen!
I have been using these pots and pans for a few months now. They are easy to work with. Thet aren't too heavy. The markings in the pots for measuring volume are a nice touch. The pots and pans distribute heating on an electric oven most evenly. Cleanup is relatively easy. They look stylish in our small kitchen. Overall, a good quality product and excellent value.
1 month in of daily use and still extremely happy with this set! I had a lot of trouble deciding on what type of cookware to get after my Teflon set started to disintegrate alarmingly fast. I have been looking for something easy to clean, that heats up quickly, and cooks evenly without letting a bunch of toxic chemicals into my food while it cooks. Decided on this, as most of the bad reviews were due to improper cleaning or general misuse. Looks like I made the right choice! You do have to use a slightly lower heat than other types of pans, but it’s easy to get used to. Tough burns on the bottom come off clean with cook top cleaner. Take good care of them and they will last forever!
How do you cook in it without food sticking? Fried eggs stick as do other foods. Don’t like scrubbing out pans every time I fry in them
I waited almost two months to write a review because I wanted it to be after some serious use. I've used every pot and pan. I'm a serious cook. I cook like restaurant cooks. All of the dishes that require a high, hot sear get it. I braised a roast and slow cooked a stew. I transferred a pan from stovetop to oven. I even forgot some boiling water one day and it boiled away, overheating the pan. Because of Covid, we never eat out. I use these everyday. After 7 weeks, they still look like I just unpacked them. I've used every brand of cookware from LeCreuset to Farberware and these are among the best ever. They're heavy, durable, and well designed. I recommend them and would buy them again.
These pans are great. My dad is old and an idiot so he try's using my pans when im not home and burned one. Like any pan, they need the appropriate amount of heat. Not thrown on high and then having to turn the pan down. Turn the burner on the exact level you would cook your food. Let the pan warm. The bottom of the pan is designed to disperse the heat evenly. They warm up slower that cheap pans, and you need to remember how to cook lol. If you have someone in the house that can't cook but sometimes does. Get them a cheap pan from T.V. that has to be thrown out in a few months. That way they mess up crap pans and not your good new stainless steal pans.
We used the pot and frying pan one time and now it has pits at the bottom of each. I don’t know if we should even use them again in fear of the coating flaking off into our food. We used to have a set of this cookware and didn’t have issues before. Maybe the quality went down? I am really upset because the color of the handles and the shine of the stainless steel is really pretty.
