Great Quality!
I love this nonstick baking sheet for cooking bacon or just about anything really. Clean up is so easy. It doesn't warp, foods don't stick, and it has a nice weighty feel to it. So far it seems to be a very good quality and the handles are an added bonus. I wouldn't have minded if the draining tray stood up higher but it works so I'm okay with it.

Ordered small 10x15 but got large 11x17 instead
Was expecting a small 10x15 crisper pan. Instead I got this large 11x17 instead.Not that i’m complaining. It’s a great pan Anything we make has a crispy outside and a tender inside. Plus easy to clean. But for one person only needing to bake one or two items it’s too big so 10x15 would be ideal. But if you’re baking for more than two or want to bake a one pan meal, than the 11x17 is the option to go. I wish you had options in size.You can do a lot in this pan. One pan meals and reheating left over fast food like KFC. KFC reheated in this pan is amazing (especially if extra crispy). Takes out the fat without compromising flavor or drying out meat. As for one pan meals: we love it because we can bake up to two protein and two sides and still have room. The first time I used us we did a 1 pound meal. I had chicken nuggets, Mom had fish sticks and we each split a side of french fries. My mom could’ve put onion rings on it if she wanted to but wasn’t in the mood. To only need one pan instead of two or more multiples makescooking and clean up a lot faster.Even though it’s too big for us we have made a lot of use out of it and never really went back to her regular size pants. Now that the blue is the same price tag is the red I’m definitely getting a second pan.

Wow! Just Wow! Easy clean up
So, I gave this 5 stars but it's more like 4.5. The "wow" factor: I bought this mainly for cooking oven bacon. The bacon cooked up great and wasn't sitting in grease (my goal for the sheet). The wash up was amazingly easy! I thought washing it in the sink would be a drag but after I disposed of the excess grease the cooked on stuff just wiped away. It was amazing. Loses 0.5 stars because it's not truly dishwasher safe. It can go in the dishwasher however per the instructions this will shorten the life of the nonstick.
