Have had it for years, just got around to writing a review 😀. Really nice piece of cookware, steel not aluminum, perfect for lasagne, casseroles, or for resting seasoned chicken in the refrigerator overnight. Solid workhorse.
Love the pan. The lid is very hard to remove every time. I got it because it had a lid.
I found an amazing recipe for a Coca-Cola cake and it called for a 9x13 pan and this one fit the bill perfectly. I loved that it was a light copper color and had cool silicone handles. I read the reviews about how hard it was to get the lid on but I haven't had any problems with the lid, it's just a matter of placing in the grooves on one side and then hooking them on the other. Will hold a cake, cupcakes, or other delicious deserts and the lid will be perfect for travel or keeping your desert fresh for days.
Works great. Needed something to make cornbread in and other stuff. It's doing the job.
These sheet cake pans are a dream come true. The coating is excellent, lids fit perfectly, heat evenly, and clean up like a dream. If anyone gets within 5 feet of these pans with metal utensils, I will have a cow. As with any coating such as this you need to use silicone or plastic. I hope they last a very long time. I think they will. Treat yourself. You won’t regret it!
I've owned many cake pans throughout my life but this has got to be the nicest. Very easy to clean and has great handles. I also like that ut comes with a cover. Great value for the money.
This Rachael Ray cake pan is really nice! The pan is a rich bronze color & the lid is sturdy plastic. I ordered this one because it was dishwasher safe however, the fine print says to hand wash. I did not return because it’s really nice, & pretty too.
