I am in love with this machine! We cook at least 3 times a week with it. Great versatility. I grill chicken, steak, fish, veggies and pancakes or crepes. It makes no smoke and the grill quality is outstanding. I would not recommend a higher heat level because your meat would dry out. I think the heat level is perfect. Works very well and I would definitely recommend buying it; great way to switch to healthier cooking because you literally use no fats ; you are not frying anything and it’s a great way to socialize without spending most of your time in the kitchen preparing all kinds of dishes. HEB has a delicious raclette cheese and I recommend melting it in those little pans you get with your grill. Once the cheese is melted, pour it over the cooked meat. Yummy! Definitely with a tasty red wine. Bon appétit!

Overall a good product
Overall this grill work well. it heats up fast, easy to clean and surprisingly it is sufficient for 8 people to cook but 8 people need to sit close together so they all can reach the grill. One improvement would be to have a digital window showing what temperature the grill is at/reached. It is fun to use it with the family and friends.

Serious Fire Hazard – Do Not Buy!
We purchased the Cusimax grill thinking it would be a convenient addition to our kitchen, but it turned out to be a terrifying experience. On our third use, the grill suddenly started a fire! It wasn’t just a little smoke — it was an actual flame fire that could have caused serious damage. We were lucky to catch it in time, but it was extremely scary.We followed all the instructions and used it normally, so there’s no excuse for this kind of hazard. This is a huge safety risk. I cannot emphasize this enough — do not buy this product. It’s dangerous, and I’m shocked something like this is even allowed on the market.If you value your safety, stay away from Cusimax grills!
