The perfect microwavable ramen noodle bowl
Although it's advertised as a soup bowl, it's perfect for cooking ramen noodles as you can put the entire block noodles without having to break it up. Even after cooking it in the microwave for over 5 minutes, the bowl itself never got hot, but cooked the noodles perfectly. The handle on the bowl made it very, um, handy, to take out of the microwave. You can eat straight out of the bowl or pour the noodles into a ceramic bowl. Very easy to use and good value for the money.

Perfect if you eat Ramen, soba, udon, etc. I eat it every day for lunch. I even cook my fresh or dehydrated vegetables, dehydrated shiitake mushrooms and wakame along with the spices, noodles and water, dashi or broth or your choice together to cook the noodles and vegetables. Phase 2 I add meat, egg and miso right after cooking, place the lid on the pot and let sit. The point of my recipe description is to specify that this cooker is the only item to clean (other than utils or chop sticks). Incredibly sturdy, rugged well made. Fully microwavable with vented lid. So one can boil water or broths without making a mess forever! The silicone lid gasket provides a leakproof seal for as long as you have it in the microwave. Washes easy. The Lid gasket is removable for easy washingl. My only criticism is that this product has the largest capacity of its direct comparisons. When I prepare noodles for two, the capacity is slightly smaller than I prefer.

Almost perfect
This bowl is great. The size is wonderful, fitting a whole block of ramen without having to break it up. The handle stays cool even after 5+ minutes in the microwave. My only complaint is how the steam hole is marketed as a drain hole too. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but my noodles and toppings rush into the hole as I’m trying to drain the bowl and plug it up. I end up having to take the lid off and pour out the water while holding the noodles in place with my utensil. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise the bowl seems to be made with high quality materials and easily does the job it’s meant to do.

Love this bowl. size is perfect. It is a nice large size and can hold a salad and other vegetables. Has a handle and is microwave safe. Product is well made. Cover works as a strainer and should not be used in microwave. Cover works well, I have no issues with it and like it, I feel it drains out the water from noodles or other food in bowl just fine. (all tho some customers complain about it not working good as a cover to help drain noodles. The hole is small so that may be why.) I use the cover on the bowl when storing left over foods in bowl. I use this for all types of food. I ordered another one after I received the first one to test it out. Very happy with product.

What’s with this drain/vent hole? I think my hands are too small lol
Although this is a nice size and it fits the ramen (or 2) nicely in there, I’m not a fan of the draining process. The color is one of my favs. The whole is meant for a vent and to drain but the drawing part is a pain because you have to keep shaking it to keep drawing or it’s just a paint in the arse lol! It seems to be very durable and can function as cooking other items as well. The thickness seems nice and sturdy but I’m not crazy about the twist top since I have small hands it doesn’t work well with me. So I am constantly asking one of my boys for help.
