Great pan for pretty much anything! We’re able to use these math minimal oil/butter and the cleanup is a breeze. We’ve been using this for about a month with 0 signs of wear at this point. I would currently put it on par with the much more expensive big brand pans we’ve had previously.

This pan was surprisingly light, and for anyone with wrist or shoulder issues that could be the most important factor. It was so light that I thought the wrong thing was in the box when I picked it up.The inner surface is good, very nonstick, very easy to clean. But... it isn't flat. When I drizzle a little olive oil into the pan it flows to the outside because the center curves up. This would affect some uses, but not others. I wouldn't even consider it for a crepe or pancake, for example. But not a problem for stir frying vegetables.And unfortunately the bottom grooves have scratched the glass surface of my stove.For some types of burners, and some types of food, and if you want a really light pan - it's great! But it doesn't do everything I wanted. I tried to save about 25% compared to a recommended pan, and I think I got a pan that does 75% of what I expect.
I do not like to use this pan as it does not heat evenly.

Love this pan! Going to follow all the instructions, wait until pan is cool before cleaning. Use only non abrasive utensils with this pan . I want this pan to last, great product.
