Perfect for soup and stir fry because of the depth of the pan. Well made.
The pan is a great size, heats evenly. food does not stick. It is so easy to wipe out with a sponge and soapy water
The perfect replacement for my old pan, however, the outer coating of the pan scratches up very easily so it won't be staying pretty for long. But so long as the inner coating is fine, I'm good.
A great wok without the size and fuss of a traditional one. I'm very happy with this product. Added bonus: it is Not made in China.
My first thought when I took this wok out of the box was it reminded me of a cheap aluminum pan one might find on the shelves of a discount outlet store. After using it a couple of times, I am convinced qualitatively, some of the pot and pan sets one might find in a discount outlet store are superior. For one thing, it is not shaped in the manner I generally associate with a classic wok. For practical purposes, it has a flat cooking surface comparable to an 8" frying pan and I do not think the sides are as evenly conductive as is preferable for a genuine wok. It is extremely lightweight with a non-stick coating I do not expect to last.Additionally, the handle is screwed to the pan, meaning over time, assuming this thing lasts longer than it is likely to, it will become loose. Overall, with the thin walls, I will be surprised if it doesn't get dented and misshapened in the under cabinet pot and pan demolition derby.
It is difficult to find a small non stick wok. A good size for smaller family.
Very cheap, handle was loose and had a slight dent
