Super easy to clean, durable, great functioning wok that I bought to replace one that wouldn't work with the portable induction stove in my current apartment. This is FANTASTIC and so far after 2 months with 6 housemates is holding up quite well!
The pan is 3.5" x 11" (diameter top) x 5.5" (diameter bottom) plus handle about 8". I wish the bottom of the pan will be a bit larger. It is non-stick on the first use. I don't know how long the NON-STICK will it last. The handle is not the most comfortable one.
Firstly, the RAVELLI Italia Linea 85 Non Stick Induction Wok Stir Fry Pam does not comes in the color pan as shown in the product page. The pan is bronze in color on both the base and handle which was actually quite nice as opposed to the common black color.The pan is 11" in diameter as measured on the top rim but the base of the pan is only 6" in diameter which I would consider as a small fry pan. It does work quite well with my induction cook top and is easy to clean. Overall, a very nice induction fry pan except that the cooking base size is a bit small for my daily cooking.
I searched a lot for a good high temperature stir-fry pan, this is the one does the job. It retains high temperature during the cooking and real-non-stick as expected.
This is a great product. Very solid and doesnt look cheap. Very good quality. Heats up really fast and very good for making any dish especially stir fry.
After opening the box, I found a few scratches on the wok. I immediately returned.
From the dudes who brought you the awesome Pasta Pot comes the little wok that could. It's not a traditional wok, mind you, in it being a bit small also aluminum. Think of it more akin to a deeper frying pan. Also - and unlike most woks - it looks fantastic, is a joy to manipulate, and cleans up a like a champ.My biggest critique? It's not really a wok. It doesn't heat up quickly, cooks somewhat evenly...but not wok, by any means. And the small size really limits what you can do with it. Expect to split up meats/veggies, if that's what you're aiming for. Thus and for the price point - and if you're serious about wok cooking - you're much better served with a decent cast iron wok + seasoning oil.In contrast, however, it's nice do-it-all option for those looking to semi-wok and pan fry. If the Pasta Pot is indicative of quality, this will take a beating while always cleaning up well. I just can't give it glowing reviews as it's both expensive and only a wok in shape.
