I got these for pizza, but use them for so much more. I do keep one just for pizza and other greaseless things. The other allows fries, toasted cheese sandwiches, frozen battered fish and countless other treats to crisp up wonderfully.
I purchased these after a pizza stone I purchased (and washed and dried correctly) went moldy. I am so happy that stone went bad because these pans are so much better! No more mushy crust. These pans crisp the crust perfectly. They are a good value for the money and easier to clean than a stone.
Perfect size individual pizza pans. They are very sturdy and the perfect weight. They are non stick a good value. I even use them for baking empanadas, fries. It’s a everything pan
I live off grid and love to make pizza at least 4 times a week. I used the pans to cook bread sticks for a family get together. They worked great because I was able to get them made in advance and then to warm them up. Everybody loved my Pizza Hut bread sticks knock off.
I like these pans. One had a small dent, which did not hurt the function of it. The holes in the bottom are big enough that the bottom crust of pizzas cooks nice and crisp and evenly and the top is evenly cooked. It cleans up beautifully, nothing stuck. They are keepers in my opinion. Oh, and for the price, can't go wrong.
Purchased as pizza pan and when received the max temp stated was lower than what was listed in online description - not usable for pizza in my household.
Not much more to say - easy to use pizza pan that does what it is supposed to do - crisp the crust. Be careful placing dough on the pan though as it will contact the surface below. Use it on clean cutting board or wax paper when using to make fresh pizza. Also, I recommend removing the whole pizza from the pan and placing it on a clean cutting board to cut. This will protect the pan from damage when cutting the pizza. Enjoy!
