My wife wanted this to add to her collection of cake pans so I got it for her as a Christmas present. She used it to make a cake for New Year’s. Despite the rather complex design the cake separated easily from the pan and required little effort to clean it thoroughly. It did an excellent job of cooking the cake with very even heating. My wife was very pleased and I certainly enjoyed the resulting cake.

This pan is very sturdy!! Food comes out so easily. There are just so many nooks and crannies to be cleaned!! A good brush or a high pressure sprayer worked great! Used for brownies with a little powdered sugar dust after and it was the hit of the party!
Such a cool design. Made a beautiful coffee cake and the nonstick rings true!

I love cooking & baking so if I can find anything that would take my cooking skills over the top & be creative with presentation I'm going to purchase it.
Top with powdered sugar this is a beautiful presentation! smaller pan - perfect to bake up a cake for a hostess gift or bring to work to share. Baked evenly!
