YAY! This works perfectly on my Oster. I have never had luck with replacements fitting the original device but my piece was lost in a recent move. So I gave a try. It worked. It’s not as sturdy as the original piece but it should work and it was a better option than buying new.
I was actually considering buying a new personal smoothie maker because my current one leaks while blending. That is scary considering it was leaking into the bar where the motor is! I'm glad that I decided to try this out first because the blender itself works just fine. I was skeptical after reading a few reviews that said this wasn't a perfect fit. But I'm glad to say that it was a perfect fit, it blended very well, just like the original. And most importantly, it doesn't leak! Even better that this came with an extra container so now I can make my husband and I a smoothie in our container, without having to use our big blender, or extra glasses, since I drink straight out of the container. Great find!
THIS PRODUCT WILL DAMAGE OR DESTROY YOUR OSTER PERSONAL BLENDER.This product is made with inadequate materials, and this can and has caused catastrophic damage to MANY a blender, rendering it unable to trigger the blades on the bottom FOREVER, the stiff plastic of the replacement bottle blade cap strips the silicone grippers on the base that are contacting the replacement piece. YOU CANNOT FIX THIS ONCE THIS HAPPENS. If this does happen to you, your blender base is trash. It cannot be easily taken apart to replace this silicone piece. This product quality oversight cost me my favorite and longest lasting kitchen utility. This is unacceptable as a product to be sold as "Compatible"
I had bought this item as a replacement for one of my other cups, used to make smoothies. It’s easy to clean, the only issue is sometimes the top and come undone, allowing the drink to spill.
So far so good, it fit and works.The construction does not seem as solid as the oringal, but for now its doing the job!
Fits the blender base, doesn't leak, blades blend well. Easy to use and looks just like the original.
