Great for salt and pepper
Wow - this is restaurant quality and easy to use. I love the auto grinding function. I bought this for our household use but could see it being used in a restaurant too.Pros:1. Easy to load2. Simple to charge and use3. Salt chops well and pepper too4. Size is about 7 in tall5. looks professionalCons:1. need to charge it - but battery has lasted us over a month2. not as large of a container for the salt/pepperOverall this is great for household use and we like it a lot

Nice to use, a pain to fill
Once you have this grinder filled with salt and pepper, it is a joy to use. When I make rubs for BBQ, I use a LOT of freshly ground pepper and this makes easy work of it. The button is easy to hold down for extended periods of time versus some other grinders that I have used in the past. It is also nice not to guess when grinder you are grabbing in a higher cabinet since you have salt and pepper in one.The downside comes, as others have mentioned, with the filling of the grinder. There is only one cover for both compartments so you have to try to block one with part of your hand while you dump the salt or pepper into the other compartment with the other hand. There is a high likelihood you'll end up with salt in the pepper or vice versa.It recharges via USB-C and by now everyone has 1000 of those cables hanging around so it's easy to plug in and charge over night as needed.The price seems in line with similar grinders. Decide if the filling annoyances are worth it to you before purchasing.

Classy, Stylish, Salt and Pepper Grinder
We have two manual grind salt and pepper shakers. We are discarding them and replacing with this great new one. Much more convenient and takes up less space on our table. It is a cordless, battery operated grinder. The rechargeable battery is recharged by a USB-C cable. It has an LED light that shines on the grinder surface for dim light conditions. The grind size is adjustable by two nuts on the bottom of the grinder, one for salt and the other for pepper. The top has two buttons that you push to start the grind. One for salt and the other for pepper. For easy of identification, I have added a small white dot of paint on the salt button.It is very convenient to hold with just one hand, and at the same time press the start button for your choice of salt or pepper.The side opens for loading the salt andy pepper products. The opening is small so you have to be careful not to spill into the next compartment while loading into the other compartment. I have a very small funnel that I use to fill it.The outer surface is black plastic and stainless steel. Very attractive and stylish.This is really a great little salt and pepper grinder. Easily gained 5 stars.

Much easier to use than it is to fill
This salt and pepper grinder is very easy to use for seasoning your food. Just a press of the 'S' or 'P' button on top, and the LED light on the bottom illuminates the plate as the desired condiment falls upon the edibles it contains. It deserves five stars for the way it operates. But filling it is decidedly less simple because it fills on the side, and the salt and pepper compartments are right next to each other. I used a small, flexible funnel to fill each compartment, but some of each seasoning ended up in the grooves and had to be removed with a toothpick before reinserting the cover over the opening. Despite that, I still recommend this great spice grinder for its ease of use.
