For big loaves
I got these to try to safely preserve my bread outside of the fridge without it getting moldy. They are quite large and don't really fit a standard store bought bread, they would be more suitable for a homemade round. The outside design is cute and farmhousey and the inside has no odd odors. Not sure how I'm ever going to be able to clean them inside, without ruining the beeswax coating.

These are really lovely and easy to use. They're definitely waxed and could be used for bread or vegetables or anything that you want to store where you're not using plastic. You can't really wash them in a washing machine, but I hand washed them before using them. I don't think they keep food as fresh as storing in a plastic bag, especially fresh bread, but it's definitely better than storing on the counter in a bread box. You can use them for cheese or vegetables or anything else that requires a bag. They're definitely rip resistant and high quality.

I love these bread bags! They are beautiful as well as functional. They are made out of a thick organic cotton with a beeswax lining that balances airflow and moisture to keep bread fresh for many days. The bag itself has a picture of a bee on the front surrounded by flowers. The reverse side has pictures and names of items that can be put in the bag which include cheese, dried fruit, pretzels and nuts along with baked breads. The bags are quite large, 13 inches by 17 inches, so they can hold a large loaf of bread. To keep the bags clean, just wipe them with a damp cloth or rinse in cold water. You save money by reusing these bags and also reduce waste. I recommend these bags for anyone who makes their own bread and for those who want to keep the bread they buy from the bakery fresh longer.
