Handy item for your kitchen- cloth bowl covers! or baskets... or whatever! :-))

These are great covers for baking and other uses. A wide weave lets just a little bit of air into what's covered. I needed something that could cover a large porcelain bowl which houses my onions.... and I live in Florida where the entire place is held up by roaches.... so, yes use good roach traps but having nice fragrant onions means the possibility are boundless for critters... in my kitchen. The cotton cover with its elastic band works beautifully for my needs. And yes, will work wonderfully for bread proofing. Love it! And it's washable...
