These are very useful and easy to clean. Says you can machine wash but I just hand wash and hang dry with the lining pulled out. I actually forgot about some rolls I'd had baked and when I opened the bag they were not molded. It was at least 5 days. The rolls were still soft and fluffy and the best part not moldy. I also used these bags for donuts and muffins, these items lasted for days and remained soft and edible. Comes in a two pack with waterproof labels so you can put the item and date on the tag. Also comes with a little bowl cover that I use to bloom my yeast. The item description says for sourdough but it works perfectly for regular breads and pastries.

Wish I bought these sooner
I did not realize how much I needed this bread bag until I got this one. I make all the bread for my family and store it in gallon zip lock bags. Not the best but all I had. This is a game changer. The bag is lined which keeps the bread from drying out and is easy to open to get the bread out. It also has a cover to use when proofing! The design on the bread bags is also pretty. Really cool bread bags
I bake bread often and used to use multiple ziplock bags to store and freeze uneaten loaves. Now with these bags, I can cut down on my disposable bags. But also, when I go to the store, I can store small rolls and such in here too. I love that the bags are machine washable, have an inner lining that feels like silicone,making it easy to hand wash in between major washings. The cute little tags came wrapped in clear plastic which took a minute to get off, but under that it seems like the chains can be used with a dry erase marker. It has snaps to make a handle if desired. All in all, a great product for a home baker or bread enthusiast!

Heavy canvas-like exterior and plastic interior to keep bread fresh
I ordered the two bag set of reusable bread bags because my dad makes homemade bread in his bread machine and we were looking for something to store them in. These bags seem promising. They are a nice size with a heavy canvas-like exterior and plastic interior to keep bread fresh. They are a fairly large and can hold a good size loaf of bread. Our only problem was the placement of the zipper on the bag which, in our case, made it impossible to zip. It would also be nice if one of the bags were smaller to accommodate a one pound loaf better. We will continue to use the bags but use clips to keep them closed.

Excellent bread bags
My husband has been baking his own bread lately and hasn’t had a good way to store his loaves and these are perfect. He is currently baking some sourdough bread just so he can use them again.You get two fairly large zippered bags, one round banneton cover for fermenting sourdough, and two labels to date your loaves. The large bags have a beeswax liner inside to keep out air and moisture. They have been wonderful for storing breads.
