Nice, heavy, stackable glasses
These glasses are heavy and thick so I think they'll be very durable. The feel very solid and sturdy. Even though the ribbing goes up to the lip of the glass, the lip is rounded so the ribs won't be a prone to chips.They don't easily tip even though the bottom is smaller than the top. The design allows them to stack without sticking together.The manufacturer's packaging is excellent at protecting the glasses.The glass set is currently $25.99 which is in line with other sets so it seems to be a reasonable value.The ribbed glass gives a good grip so I'm less likely to drop it. Stylish but not worth the price
I recently tried out the Salpae Drinking Glasses, and my first impression is that they are incredibly modern-looking and stylish. The standout feature is definitely the ribbed, origami-style design. Beyond just looking good on a bar cart, those ridges make the glasses very easy to grip, so you don't have to worry about them slipping out of your hand when they get condensation on the outside.According to the product description, these are made from high-quality, lead-free glass and are designed to be durable for both water and cocktails. They have a nice weight to them, and they feel more premium than your standard department store glassware.However, I’m a bit torn on the value. At $25 for a 4-piece set, you are essentially getting two highball glasses and two rocks glasses, and the latter one are not that big on the volume, which makes me question their functionality as you will have to refill your glass pretty often. This "two of each" configuration feels a little random - it's perfect for a couple, but if you want to entertain a larger group, you’d need to buy multiple sets, which would get costly very quickly. While the aesthetic is great, you could likely find a similar "look for less" or a larger set for the same price at a place like HomeGoods.If you're looking for a specific, high-end gift or a small upgrade for your own kitchen, these are a solid choice, but they aren't the most budget-friendly way to stock a full cabinet. This is why I’m only giving it 4 stars.

If you are surprised by the price of these glasses, like I was, let me tell you that the quality will far exceed your expectations! These are solid, HEAVY glasses! And they stack! Like WHAT? They are comfortable to hold and not easy to tip over, which is awesome. The simple design is classic and timeless. These glasses will last a lifetime! They are well worth the investment. I love that inside is smooth and easy to wash because there are no groves to trap anything.Has a nice design though when I was unboxing and took the small one out and asked my husband what he thought of it...
