Absolute Delight (but unsure about using this for quinoa)
Before this, I was using a glass mixing bowl to wash my rice. This has made my rice-washing experience so, so much easier. I can very clearly see the state of the water, and the holes are small enough that **not a single grain of rice** has fallen through. I haven't attempted quinoa yet--I was about to, but I held a grain next to the hole; the grain of quinoa seemed smaller than the hole, and I didn't want to risk it. All in all, this is very lightweight, and it makes washing rice so, so much easier AND more pleasant. I can drain every drop of water. Because of the placement of the holes, you can really work through the rice with your hands without loosing any water. And, once it's all clean, you can let it soak in there, too. I'm obsessed with this. It's my favorite investment/purchase of the year by FAR.

Wash rice, beans, vegetables, really anything. This is a must have if you are constantly washing ingredients.The bowl is high quality polished steel, rubber bottom and grip so it doesn’t fly of your counter or hand.I bought another one as a gift for my family.
